Iran’s State Oil Company Loses Appeal over Crescent Award

Yesterday, The Court of Appeal in London rejected the National Iranian Oil Company’s jurisdictional challenge over a failed gas supply deal to its former Emirati partner in favour of our client, Crescent Petroleum. Iran’s state oil company lost its latest bid to challenge a $2.4 billion award to Crescent.
