Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised Eurazeo on the signing of an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Eres Group alongside Eres Group’s management team and employees.
Eres Group, France’s leading independent player in consulting and structuring, asset management and distribution of employee savings plans (PEE, PERECO), pension plans (PER) and employee share ownership plans, is being sold by IK Partners.
Completion of the transaction is subjected to regulatory approvals.
The McDermott team advising Eurazeo comprised:
