McDermott Will & Emery has advised Amundi Private Equity Funds and a consortium of investors on the acquisition of The Reefer Group.
Amundi Private Equity Funds is to become a minority shareholder in the French-Spanish manufacturer of temperature-controlled trailers.
The consortium of investors included Unexo, Bpifrance and Ouest Croissance as well as a regional pool of investment funds.
This transaction will enable the Reefer Group to accelerate its development in Europe.
