McDermott Advises IDI on its Acquisition of Minority Stake in Energy Innovator TUCOENERGIE


McDermott Will & Emery advised IDI on its investment in the TUCOENERGIE group, a major player in the energy innovation market, enabling it to strengthen its position and accelerate its development. As a result of this operation, IDI has become a minority shareholder alongside RAISE Impact and the founding president, Nathaniel Corcos.

IDI is a listed investment firm – a true pioneer of investment in France – with over 45 years of expertise in supporting small and medium-sized companies.
