McDermott Will & Emery has advised Montefiore Investment, shareholder of Groupe PREMIUM, on the signing of an agreement relating to Blackstone’s contribution of EUR 400 million in equity and quasi-equity financing to Groupe Premium, a French specialist in insurance brokerage, asset management and wealth management consulting.
