Frankfurt, 20 February 2018.– International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has advised Singapore-based TVS-Asianics Supply Chain Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“TVS Asianics”) on the acquisition of all shares in Pan Asia Logistics Singapore Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“PAL Group”) – including the German subsidiary Pan Asia Logistics Deutschland GmbH (“PAL Germany”) – from Pan Asia Logistics Holding Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Headquartered in Singapore, TVS Asianics is one of the largest Asia-based integrated logistics companies. A global supply chain solutions provider, the firm manages an integrated supply chain network of commercial centres across Asia with links to Europe and the Americas.
Through this acquisition, TVS Asianics has incorporated Pan Asia Logistics’ freight forwarding and contract logistics services, gaining immediate access to six new markets including Germany. With this expansion, TVS Asianics has expanded its global agency network and has grown to 40 locations in 14 countries across Asia, Oceania and Europe
PAL Germany provides global transportation and logistics solutions specializing in freight forwarding and warehousing, trade and consulting services. Logistics services comprise airfreight, ocean freight, contract logistics, project logistics (heavy lift industry) and automotive logistics. The company specialises in logistics between Germany and Asia. PAL Germany offers innovative, sustainable and simplified logistics solutions for the Europe-Asia trade-lane.
