McDermott Appoints New Office Managing Partners in New York and Miami

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the appointments of three new Office Managing Partners: Kristin Going and Frank Steinherr in New York and Adam Rogers in Miami.

New York

Kristin, a partner in the firm’s Business Restructuring practice, represents a broad array of clients in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She is industry recognized for her depth of experience assisting creditors maximize their recovery in distressed situations. Kristin is also frequently called upon to advise on distressed debt transactions.

“I am thrilled for this opportunity to lead our New York office alongside Frank and further promote McDermott as truly the best place to work,” Kristin said. “I look forward to continuing to steward community involvement and expanding our presence locally.”

Frank is co-head of the Firm’s global private equity practice and represents private equity clients in all aspects of their investments in portfolio companies, from acquisition through exit. He has extensive experience advising private equity clients and their portfolio companies in both private and public mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, traditional purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, joint ventures, restructuring and recapitalization transactions.

Adam Rogers represents private equity funds, strategic investors, entrepreneurs and other operators as they pursue and execute mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions driving innovation within the health care industry. He is particularly experienced in transactions in the health care services and health information technology sectors, helping clients find the right partners and deal structures to succeed in this rapidly changing and competitive space.
