“To anticipate enforcement actions, there is a need to build a coherent internal privacy strategy. As a first step, this requires to conduct a risk assessment with regard to key markets or, if they have subsidiaries in the EU, to reallocate internally their roles and involvement in the decision making of the personal data processing activities.”
