International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Vlad Maly to its Transactions Practice Group in London.

Vlad’s practice focuses on the use of complex capital markets and equity derivative instruments in the context of cross-border financings, M&A activity and other corporate transactions.
Vlad’s clients include global financial institutions, corporates, private equity funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and asset management clients engaging in acquisitions and disposals of investments, non-traditional finance structures and portfolio risk transfers.
