DALLAS (July 28, 2022) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is proud to announce Joanna Jung-Erh Lin and Wilson Chu have been recognized by Texas Lawyer’s Texas Legal Awards 2022 for their meaningful work as an effective dealmaker and diversity and inclusion champion, respectively.
Joanna focuses her practice on corporate, securities and transactional matters. The award, based on Joanna’s activity over the past year, showcases her effective dealmaking skills in a range of transactions, advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and both public and private strategics.
Wilson focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Wilson serves in many leadership roles related to diversity and inclusion. Among other initiatives, he co-founded the Texas Minority Counsel Program and is founder of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Partners Network.
