McDermott Named Firm of the Year by The Legal Sales and Service Organization
International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is delighted to announce that it has been named Firm of the Year as part of The Legal Sales and Service Organization’s (LSSO) Leonardo Inghilleri Service Excellence Awards.
McDermott’s Business Development leadership has pioneered unique ways of utilizing Salesforce within the legal industry, including developing the Firm’s proprietary Client Activity Score, used to measure client engagement, drive further interactions and ultimately create stronger client loyalty.
McDermott also relies on its Client Listening & Loyalty Program to conduct one-on-one feedback interviews and satisfaction surveys to constantly assess and improve its culture of client service across the Firm. Insight from both client feedback and the Salesforce engagement data feed into McDermott’s award-winning Client Engagement Academy and best practice coaching program for partners.
