International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has been recognized as the US South Firm of the Year as part of Euromoney’s Americas Women in Business Law Awards. The regional awards recognize firms that put policy and rhetoric into positive action that promotes the work and culture of women in the legal industry.
Chicago partner Christina (Tina) Martini was also named Trademark Lawyer of the Year as part of this year’s award series. As Global Head of McDermott’s Trademark Prosecution and Controversy Practice Group, Tina focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark and copyright law, as well as domain name, internet, social media, advertising, unfair competition and entertainment law.
