International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Los Angeles-based partner Michael Morgan was again recognized by Cybersecurity Docket in this year’s Incident Response 40 list of worldwide industry leaders. The lawyers recognized are top industry talent and the “first call” for companies hit with a cyberattack or other data security incident. This is the fourth year Mike has been featured.

He counsels clients on compliance with US and international regulations relating to cybersecurity and data privacy, including compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and China’s Network Security Law.
Mike also has particular experience in complex legal issues arising from advanced technologies and an expert on compliance with privacy and cybersecurity obligations in the US and around the world with respect to autonomous vehicles.
