Overview
Michael Cziesla and Norman Wasse led the cross-border corporate and tax team from Germany and France that advised the ICP Group on the sale of transactions servicer ICP Companies to a private equity consortium. The team included Grégoire Andrieux, Dr. Paul de Beauregard, Markus Hill, Dr. Oliver Hahnelt, Dr. Wolfgang Freiherr Raitz von Frentz, Nina Siewert, Tobias Riemenschneider and Anna Steudner.
