Overview
Wolfgang Freiherr Raitz von Frentz was counsel to RTL Group in its suit, with two other media companies, to stop use of Eyeo’s ad-blocking software. The Munich Supreme Regional Court ruled that that the software was legal, but an appeal of the case to Germany’s Federal Court of Justice is expected.
