Supreme Court Declines to Set Limits on Political Gerrymandering

Michael Kimberly represented plaintiffs in the US Supreme Court case Benisek v. Lamone. Commenting on the decision, he said, “The focus now will be on state reforms, including possible litigation in state courts,” he said. “We can’t stand idly by and allow gerrymandering to continue, and we won’t.”
