Overview
Michael Cziesla and Norman Wasse led the McDermott corporate, tax, IP, labor and antitrust team that advised aircraft component manufacturer TransDigm Group on all German legal issues in the sale of Schroth Safety Products GmbH and LLC to Munich-based private equity firm Perusa. The team included Tobias Riemenschneider, Wolfgang von Frentz, Christian Masch, Paul Melot de Beauregard and Daniel von Brevern.
