Angela Irene Theodoropoulos focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional matters in the healthcare industry, with particular emphasis on the digital health sector. She delivers creative and practical legal solutions for digital health initiatives that comply with the current healthcare regulatory landscape.
Angela advises clients on the full spectrum of related legal issues, such as professional licensure, scope of practice, accreditation, corporate practice of medicine requirements, and federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse compliance, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and Medicare reimbursement issues. She also supports clients engaged in M&A and other strategic transactions, including home health and physician practice acquisitions and private equity investments.
While in law school, Angela was the executive development editor for the Michigan Law Review and interned at the US Department of Health and Human Services Office of the General Counsel.
