Cheryl Norman focuses her practice on e-Discovery in litigation and government investigations matters.
She has extensive experience reviewing data in a multitude of projects, including second requests, privacy breaches, SEC subpoenas and internal investigations. She has worked on various matters concerning government investigations, real estate due diligence, patent disputes, including for the pharmaceutical industry, and areas of healthcare matters including mergers and fraud investigations.
Cheryl has a wealth of experience in working to resolve cases with positive results including leading teams of reviewers, working on privilege reviews, drafting privilege logs, conducting second level reviews and leading and conducting quality control reviews. She has spent time building her depth of knowledge across services and industries working in a number of magic circle and international law firms throughout her career.
