Overview
Danielle Cummins focuses her practice on employment matters. Danielle is familiar with emerging employment issues in the energy industry, along with other highly regulated industries. She routinely researches and drafts briefs, memos, motions, contract summaries and other legal documents.
While earning her law degree, Danielle served as editor of the Hastings Women’s Law Journal and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, a graduate teaching assistant and a research assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Department. As a student attorney at the UC Hastings Community Justice Clinic, she helped clients achieve favorable settlements and prepare for direct examination.
