She has a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, shareholder relations, reorganizations, investment agreements, leveraged buyouts  and private equity transactions.

  • Regularly advising KHP Ventures, a collaboration between King’s College London, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, on their investments in the MedTech space.
  • Advised Flair Global Ltd on a series of seed funding rounds from various investors including Hoxton Ventures, Cornerstone VC and Triple Point.
  • Advised SilverTree Equity on two simultaneous acquisitions: (1) their co-investment with Kantar to acquire Step-Up RGM; and (2) the acquisition of the XTEL Trade Promotion Business, a portfolio company of the Kantar group.
  • Advised I.Q. Endoscope, a leading company manufacturing fully disposable endoscopes for general medical use, on their Series A Rounds, led by the Development Bank of Wales, Creo Medical and BGF.
  • Advised WestCap on their $400 million syndicate investment into Celsius Network, a cryptocurrency lending platform.
  • Acted for the senior management of Unilabs on their sale of Unilabs and their equity reinvestment.
  • Advised Palamon Capital Partners on their disposal of global leather accessories brand “Il Bisonte” to Tokyo stock exchange-listed distribution specialist, Look Holdings.
  • Advised Eight Roads, a global proprietary investment firm backed by Fidelity, on the sale of the Optegra Group, leaders in critical eye-care services including eye surgeries and AMD, to H2 Equity Partners.
  • Advised Umbra Capital Partners on setting up their investment vehicle and their portfolio investments, including securing a facility of up to £200 million for Hastee Pay, a company providing advances to employees on accrued salary, to continue providing its advance services.
  • Advised BlueGem Capital Partners, a European mid-market private equity firm on their add-on acquisitions to The Private Clinic, one of the largest clinics specializing in cosmetic treatments and procedures in the UK, and related acquisition finance matters;
  • Advised BlueGem Capital Partners, a European mid-market private equity firm on their acquisition of Pool Service, a leading Italian professional hair care group (owner of the Medavita brand), and related acquisition finance matters;
  • Advised BlueGem Capital Partners, a European mid-market private equity firm on the debt and equity restructuring of Jack Wills, well-known British lifestyle and fashion brand and the subsequent sale to Sports Direct;
  • Advised BlueGem Capital Partners, a European mid-market private equity firm on general corporate and financing matters for their portfolio companies, including: Dr. Vranjes Firenze, leading manufacturer of home fragrances, Enotria & Coe, premium wine wholesaler and make-up brand Iconic London.
  • Advised MasterCard on their minority investment into Masabi, a UK tech company that develops and markets mobile ticketing services for public transport companies.
  • Advised a private investment vehicle on their investment into Nexford University, a next-generation, online university based in Washington DC, in relation to their $10.8M pre-Series A round.
