Shirin Deyhim focuses her practice on structured finance transactions; in particular leveraged buy-outs (LBO) transactions, acquisitions financing (build-ups), funds financing (equity bridge financing) and debt restructuring.
Shirin acts for both financing providers (senior or subordinated) and borrowers.
