Overview
Hugo Lamour focuses his practice on structured financing transactions, leveraged buyouts, external growth, debt restructuring and fund financing. Hugo represents both lenders (senior, mezzanine, unitranche) as well as borrowers.
Hugo has previous experience in several international firms, both in France and Japan. Hugo will join the Banking and Finance practice of the Tokyo office of the Japanese law firm Anderson, Môri & Tomotsune starting September 2020 for an 8 month secondment.
