Overview
Eunsook focuses her practice on discovery in complex civil litigation and government investigation matters.
She is well versed in issues involving antitrust and the Foreign Corruption Practice Act (FCPA). She has advised clients in assessing legal and compliance risks, developing litigation and defense strategies, creating search terms and other workflows to identify key documents and to reduce the universe of documents, managing eDiscovery document productions, and preparing key witnesses for depositions and trials. She has also managed large-scale document reviews performing preliminary assessment and conducting quality control processes.
Eunsook has also assisted numerous international corporate clients in cross-border antitrust and FCPA litigation and investigation matters. She has leveraged her bilingual skills and bicultural background along with her prior work experience to represent clients through various challenges arising from foreign language and cultural nuances. She has also assisted clients with corporate M&A transactional due diligence reviews and internal contracts audits.
Eunsook holds an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation.

- Assisted in representing an electronic medical system provider in government investigation under the False Claims Act and conducted comprehensive privacy reviews to ensure HIPAA compliance
- Assisted in representing a hospital system in government antitrust investigation by performing reviews and analysis for early case assessment and response to government requests
- Assisted in representing a Korean chemical company in antitrust investigation and multidistrict class actions by completing review and analysis phases of e-discovery process and assisting with preparation of key witness interviews and depositions*
- Conducted cross-border M&A due diligence reviews involving Korean medical device company by analyzing contracts and transactional documents written in Korean and identifying confidentiality provisions, option-triggering events, restrictive covenants, assignments, and change of control restrictions*
