Lisa M. Kaderabek focuses her practice on captive insurance, risk transfer, reinsurance and related matters for health care entities and other businesses. Developed a successful joint venture ambulatory surgery center for a significant nonprofit hospital and leading orthopedic physicians, including shared governance, syndication documents, bank loan, lease and service agreements
Guided formation of a new group Cayman captive focused on employer-retained health risks, including all disclosure, structure, risk formula, and service provider arrangements and documents
