- Represented Blackstone in its $1.2 billion acquisition of Simply Self Storage, one of the top five private owners of self-storage*
- Represented Blackstone and Blue Yonder, a leading end-to-end supply chain software provider, in the secondary sale of shares of Blue Yonder to Panasonic Corporation*
