Overview
Roy J. Larson concentrates his practice in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and routinely advises clients in connection with corporate governance matters, securities issues, spinoffs, joint ventures and equity and debt finance transactions.
Roy has extensive experience in handling a broad range of transactions in the health care services industry, and has worked with investors and operators of physician practice management companies, primary care providers, physical therapy providers, dental service providers and telehealth companies. Roy’s clients include public companies, private equity investors, venture backed companies and joint venture vehicles.
Prior to joining McDermott, Roy was the managing partner in the Miami office of one of the largest global Am Law 100 firms.
