Dr. Oliver Lieth leads McDermott’s German banking and finance practice since 2011. His own advisory focus is on real estate finance. His long-standing track record in this area includes high-volume single asset transactions (including the financing of many landmark projects such as Kaufhaus des Westens, Alsterhaus and Elbtower) as well as complex portfolio transactions in senior and mezzanine structures. He and his team are familiar with both, financings according to the LMA standard as well as the VdP standard.
