Lucille Madariaga focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions, insolvency proceedings and restructurings, including prevention proceedings. She has an additional strong background in contentious matters, both during and after the restructuring, and more generally on all types of commercial litigation.

Prior to joining McDermott, Lucille Madariaga practiced with a top ranked law firm specialized in restructuring and insolvency matters in France.

Lucille is also a fully qualified sports lawyer.
