Overview
Maria B. Navarro focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and co-investments. Maria counsels both independent sponsors and private companies in connection with all such matters and further provides counsel regarding corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Additionally, Maria is also experienced in advising clients with respect to finance transactions and has extensive experience both representing, and negotiating policies with, representation and warranties insurance providers.
