Overview
Erica Miller focuses her practice on electronic discovery and works alongside various practice areas including internal investigations, antitrust, white collar and litigation. Erica is experienced in managing and directing the workflow of e-discovery and has been a key contributor to privilege and large-scale document reviews. Erica helps clients achieve cost effective and timely results, while maintaining the Firm’s high standards for quality and defensibility, by utilizing her knowledge of artificial intelligence software and other forms of technology-assisted review.
With several years of experience in employment litigation, Erica has also worked on matters relating to discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination and wage claims.
During her undergraduate studies, Erica served as assistant editor for the Western Criminology Review.
