Overview
Nicholas Dilts focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and debt financing transactions. Additionally, he counsels clients regarding corporate governance and other general corporate matters.
Nicholas also has experience both representing, and negotiating policies with, representation and warranties insurance providers.
During law school, Nicholas was an articles & comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review.
