Overview
Nils Ladewig focuses his practice on restructuring, corporate and insolvency law.
After his studies, Nils worked as a research assistant at an international commercial law firm in the area of insurance law and at McDermott in the area of restructuring and insolvency. He also completed his legal clerkship at McDermott in the Düsseldorf and Chicago offices in the restructuring area. He furthermore worked as a lecturer for law at a foundation for professional development, training and further education in industry and trade.
