Overview
Riley T. Orloff focuses his practice on corporate transactions with an emphasis on debt financing matters. He represents banks, non-banks and other direct lenders, alternative investment funds, private equity sponsors and other parties in structuring, documenting and negotiating financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, debtor-in-possession financings, asset-based loans, acquisition financings, venture capital investments, dividend recapitalizations and subordinated debt and mezzanine transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Riley clerked for the Honorable Carla E. Craig, Chief Bankruptcy Judge (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Bankruptcy Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
