Munich, March 21, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of UK-based Isograph LTD, a leading provider of safety engineering software, by PeakAvenue GmbH.

Through the combination, PeakAvenue, a portfolio company of Main Capital, strengthens its presence in the UK and expands its position as a market leader in engineering and quality management software. PeakAvenue was formed in 2022 from the merger of PLATO GmbH and iqs Software GmbH and is headquartered in Lübeck, Germany.

Isograph offers a wide range of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) solutions and is a leading provider of fault tree software for blue chip customers around the world. Founded in 1986, the company is headquartered near Manchester, UK, with an office in Salt Lake City, USA.

Main Capital Partners is a leading software investor in the DACH region, the Benelux, the Nordics and the United States. Main Capital has over €2.2 billion in assets under management and maintains an active portfolio of more than 45 software groups.

McDermott Will & Emery regularly acts as advisor to Main Capital Partners in transactions and financings. Cross-practice teams from Germany, the UK and the US were involved in this cross-border transaction.
