Niraj has more than ten years of e-discovery experience, having worked as a staff attorney in another Chicago-based law firm and as a contract attorney at a number of prominent international law firms. He has been involved in a number of litigation matters related to breach of contract, injunctive relief, antitrust investigations, breach of fiduciary duty, false advertising, tortuous interference with contractual relations and toxic tort. Niraj has experience in due diligence reviews pertaining to mergers, asset purchases and corporate restructuring involving the pharmaceutical services, health care, media and hospitality industries, among others.
