Scott Regan advises clients on a variety of corporate matters with a focus on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity securities transactions. Scott joins McDermott from a well-established US law firm where he gained experience in advising all types of business, from start-up entities to publicly-traded companies, in many different sectors, including biotechnology and e-commerce, on a wide range of legal issues. In addition to his M&A and securities practices, Scott’s practice includes venture capital transactions, entity formation throughout the US, and corporate governance. During his studies, Scott spent time in Reykjavik as a legal researcher at a carbon recycling firm where he advised the company on its operational expansion into the European and North American markets.
