Overview
David Stage focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, David was a Public Interest Law Institute fellow at the Loyola Business Law Clinic. While in law school, he served as an extern at the City of Chicago Law Department, Affirmative Litigation Division, and as an intern at the Mississippi Office of the State Public Defender, Capital Division. He also was senior articles editor for the Journal of Law & Social Policy.
