Evan Walters focuses his practice on the tax aspects of complex transactions, with a particular focus on issues involving pass-through entities, family offices, and tax planning for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He also has extensive experience involving tax controversy matters.
During law school, Evan wrote for the Chicago Legal Forum. He also worked as a law clerk at the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, the Solicitor’s Office for the US Department of the Interior, and the Illinois Attorney General’s Office.
