Nicole Yoon advises clients on corporate matters. She focuses her practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, including private equity and other investment funds, as well as joint ventures, venture capital investments and restructurings. Nicole also provides general corporate counseling to clients and portfolio companies regarding corporate governance and post-merger integration matters. In her practice, she has represented clients and investors across a variety of industries, including healthcare, biotech, technology, media, software, energy and specialty chemicals.
While in law school, Nicole served as an article editor for the Annual Survey of American Law and as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering Program. She was also a member of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association and the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to law school, Nicole researched and gathered data regarding international markets and new technologies for a global mass media conglomerate.
