Nicole Yoon advises clients on corporate matters. She focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and SEC filings and resolutions. Among other issues, her research includes securities, tax and contract drafting matters. Prior to law school, Nicole researched and gathered data regarding international markets and new technologies for a global mass media conglomerate.
While in law school, Nicole served as an Article Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law and as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering Program. She was a member of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association and of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society.
