Patrick Zanayed advises both public and private entities and funds in the acquisition of hospitals, health systems, healthcare platforms and add-on transactions in the health care industry. He is also experienced with debt and equity investments and joint ventures. Patrick provides guidance to clients on healthcare regulatory issues, including corporate practice of medicine statutes. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and senior and mezzanine lending matters both within and outside of the health care industry.
Patrick takes an active role in writing legal opinions and reviewing journal articles headed for publication on various issues of health law. While in law school, Patrick served as the vice president of the Corporate Business Law Association, and assisted clients facing foreclosure in loan modifications to avoid eviction.
