PARIS (21st of September 2017) – Argos Soditic has acquired 90% of the equity of Lampe Berger to Azulis Capital, Ardian, CIC-Investissement and La Financière Patrimoniale d’Investissement (Groupe LFPI). Therefore the company, established in 1898 with the mission of purifying the atmosphere, continues its expansion and reinforces its brand image.
The operation has been financed through a unitranche bonds loan granted by European Capital.
The lenders have been advised by Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly (Partner), Shirin Deyhim and Benjamin Briand in financing, and Louis Leroy in corporate.
