Judith Wethall and Finn Pressly left another major law firm to become partners in the Chicago employee benefits practice group. Ms. Wethall’s employee benefit work for a variety of companies involves compliance counseling for ERISA, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid. Mr. Pressly also works on compliance issues, as well as benefit plan design and health care reform.
