Chris Scheithauer, Kerry Scanlon and Jeremy White continue to represent Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Inc. in litigation over claims of discrimination against autistic guests. A federal court previously granted Disney’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, but one of the plaintiffs disagrees with summary judgment motion and has asked for a reconsideration.
