Overview

Sabine Konrad explained that substantial documentation on the investment and parties involved led to the choice of a fictional investment dispute between the daughter of Anthony and Cleopatra and the kingdom of Judea, over a lease granted to King Herod, as the problem for the 10thannual Frankfurt Moot international arbitration challenge. A series of pre-moots around the world (including in McDermott’s Washington, DC office) will lead to the March 2017 final hearing at the Frankfurt International Arbitration Centre.
