DALLAS (September 14, 2015) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that its recently opened Dallas office has relocated to more expansive space in the Uptown business district. The move reflects the quick growth the office has experienced since launching earlier this year with the addition of almost two dozen corporate, tax controversy, technology, and outsourcing attorneys over the past six months.
Most recently, in early September, nationally recognized employee benefits partners Erin Turley and Allison Wilkerson joined McDermott’s Dallas team from K&L Gates.
The Firm’s new office is located in the 26-story Saint Ann Court building at 2501 North Harwood Street, the largest office building in the Uptown district, an energetic and thriving area that is close to many of the Firm’s multinational clients. Constructed in 2009, Saint Ann Court is geared for efficiency and sustainability and includes outdoor terraces with panoramic views of downtown Dallas and Victory Park, along with views of Uptown and Park Cities.

McDermott’s Dallas office includes attorneys handling technology transactions and outsourcing matters, employee benefits, corporate/M&A, tax controversies, international tax and transfer pricing.
The Dallas location, which provides ample opportunities for future expansion, complements McDermott’s Houston office, which has more than two dozen lawyers in the Firm’s Energy Advisory, Corporate and Intellectual Property practices, among others.
