Düsseldorf insolvency partner Dr. Matthias Kampshoff was co-counsel to the insolvency trustee as Thai investor PCS Machine Group bought three of the insolvent Küpper plants in Germany as well as the Küpper plant in Hungary. In May 2017, Küpper initiated self-administration insolvency proceedings for its four German locations.
