Overview
PARIS – McDermott Will & Emery represented Platina Energy Partners, the investment fund owner of the UK asset manager ENTAP, on its sale of ENTAP to Greensolver, the independent technical expert dedicated to wind and solar assets.
Founded in 2006, ENTAP was created to provide a technical and commercial management service dedicated to the renewable assets of Platina Energy Partners. Under the terms of the agreement, ENTAP will be fully absorbed by Greensolver and will complement Greensolver’s existing service offerings of construction, technical and commercial management and auditing systems.
The McDermott team advising Platina Energy Partners was led by Paris-based Transactions partner Diana Hund, supported by Linda Zeman and Gemma Cullens.
