Represented company in $262 million successor liability, de facto merger, and fraudulent transfer case, which was voluntarily dismissed by plaintiff on the eve of a summary judgment hearing after the court issued a tentative ruling in which it indicated its intent to grant summary judgment in client’s favor.
Represented private equity firm in multiple matters in which plaintiff asserted claims for fraud, debt recharacterization, and statutory and equitable subordination, in which our client prevailed in the entirety after a multi-week bankruptcy court trial.
Represented foreign pharmaceutical company in complex patent multi-jurisdictional patent ownership dispute in which we secured summary judgment in our client’s favor on all claims.
Represented drug development company in complex patent infringement action raising novel issues regarding scope of Hatch-Waxman safe harbor.
