Attorneys Sarah Bro, Margaret (Peg) Duncan, Joanne Ludovici and Jennifer Mikulina will be speaking at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) 141st Annual Meeting in Boston, MA, on May 18-22, 2019.

Jennifer Mikulina will moderate a panel titled The Times They Are a Changin’: Maximizing the Perspectives Around Us, focusing on the implementation of diversity initiatives to elevate legal practice. Bro, Duncan and Ludovici will each lead a Table Topic session, a roundtable presentation offering conference attendees the opportunity to discuss key issues over lunch or breakfast with like-minded professionals.

Sarah Bro will lead Trademarks in a Decentralized World: Prosecuting and Enforcing Trademarks for Blockchain Technologies, Peg Duncan will lead Copyrights and U.S. Courts: INTA’s Resolution and the U.S. Supreme Court’s Review in Fourth Estate v. Wall-Street.com, and Joanne Ludovici will lead It’s Complicated: Trademark Hits and Misses in Corporate Transactions.
